Timeline 2013 

September - Found the house we both like, the Milano four 15 asked for a quote

October/November  - Tender Variations 1, 2 and 3

November - Consolidated Tender

November - Colour walk through

10th December  - Preliminary plans arrived in mail, an appointment has been made for the 19th of December after colour appointment to go through plans with our Client Liaison Officer (CLO)

19th December  - Colour selection's Appointment.

Timeline 2014 

8th January  - we have signed off on colour and changes now waiting for contract.

14th January  - Contract arrives in the mail.

21st January - Appointment to sign contracts.
                                   Contracts signed ...getting exciting now!

22nd January  - Plans submitted to council
                                    (I am organising forms for demolition & tree removal to submit to council)

7th February  -Heard from CLO they're waiting to allocate our application to a Council Officer.  
                                        - Application to remove trees submitted to council

11th February - Electrical appointment

12th February - Building application has been allocated

14th February  - Application lodged to council to demolish house.

17th February -  Tree removal approved

24th March - We found a rental on the weekend we applied and got it, picking up the keys next week

26th March - Council approval for both construction and demolition.

2nd June -  Demolition starts

25th June - we are on the construction list

26th June - We received a message telling us all orders have been placed and file sent to site supervisor who will now organise to get our site cut.

3rd July- Started work on the block today....YAY!!!

7th July- Peiring done (we went a little over but our out of pocket was just over $500)

10th July- Slab poured

24th July- Frame  started today

29th July- Frame complete ( Lots of photo's to come)

6th August- plumbing rough ins complete

11th August- Bricklayer's started

1st September- Bricks finished (the weather has been against us, so much rain!!)

4th September- Guttering complete

6th September- Roof started

8th September- Roof completed

16th September- Gyprock completed

26th September- Front door and garage door on ....(looks like the bedroom wardrobe doors are on as well)

8th October- Tiling done wet areas

22nd October- Our contractor has finished the timber floors ( polished after handover)

11th November- Painting finished  (Looks like electrical, lights etc have been done as outside lights are up)

12th November- Finishing touches and installation of air conditioner

21st November- Cleaning inside finished.
