We want double glazed windows on the master bedroom to help eliminate noise as our bedroom will be along the neighbours driveway. In the quote its 6.38mm laminated sun energy. Not sure that it will provide much noise block Does anyone know anything about this?
Soil removal, should we be worried? This is something that we have to organise and pay for ourselves, the sales lady said this is a good thing but I am unsure... any advice here would be great too.
Cost of soil removal will obviously depend on how much to be removed. They did provide me with the phone number for the guy doing the excavation, we gave him a call and arranged for him to take any excess away. We were lucky here and they were able to spread the soil around our block, there was not too much obviously.
